Bradford Civic Society has helped design new ‘Welcome to Bradford’ boundary signs which have been installed around the city during Bradford’s year as UK City of Culture. The striking new design was produced by Bradford Civic Society designer Jimmy smith, working closely with Bradford Council’s in-house sign shop. The design replaces outdated signs, and features the return of Bradford’s civic crest.
The new boundary signs follow the adoption of a new style street sign in 2023, which Bradford Civic Society was also involved in. You can read more about that project here
